The Goals that we always set but never keep....
Well this year I decided that I would actually keep them and put them somewhere where I can find them...Because I don't even quite know where my old ones are from 2011. Well, I probably never even accomplished the list, (hehe) so this year I'm determined to keep the ones I've set...Ha that's an idea how about we make a goal to keep the goals that we make for our selves. Haha, oh I crack myself... I'm setting 17 because that's how old I'm going to be this year.
1. Find a Job!!! (This will happen after AP testing for School...oh that's almost here, ahhhh freaking out now)
2. Read 50 books (Let's see if this happens last year I tried for 100 (i think) yeah well that didn't really happen at all...So I thought "hmm cut it in half and let's see if I can do that" haha we will see)
3. Get out of my personal bubble (this one I started working at last year but I need to do better. I need to be my normal self and doing that it might not be what a lot of people are use to seeing me as, haha, let's hope people will like the real me...keep your fingers crossed.)
4. Get my drivers License!!!!! ( I get to drive my dad's old truck now because he got a new one...so I've got to get my license...hopefully I can do my test next week (or in 2 weeks) wish me luck and pray that I'll be able to pass and I can get my license)
5. Finish Personal Progress and get Honor Bee (oh that's a big leap I'm not even half way done with my Personal Progress ehhh again wish me luck and pray that I'll finish it)
6. Be more active and eat a lot better (I need to be, I don't do any sports at the moment, so I'm going to start running at least three times a week and I will start dance in a week over at my High School, whoo! I need the food part because I swear I'm have a normal teens diet and half of it consist of junk food from over priced vending machines at school, pasta, and anything that's easy to make. So I want to start eating more salads and actually not eat as much sugar as I do. I'm surprised I haven't gotten sick with all the junk food I've been eating)
7. Get at least one 4.0 (all A's-it's not impossible with the classes I have. I just have to focus and work harder, ugh, sometimes I don't want to but I've got suck it up, plus I have to get one instead of just 3.8's and 3.9's)
8. Write something on this blog once (or more) a week (oh that should be some what easy, but some what hard too, it's not like nothing ever happens in my life, it's the time that I have to get to type it all down.)
9. Pass at least 1 of my AP test (I'm going to be taking two of them this year, AP US History and AP English (not sure if it'll be the grammar one or the literature one, still deciding) I really want to pass both but one will work for me, but I'll work my tush of to pass both-keep your fingers crossed for me)
10. Apply for at least 90 Scholarships (That's a little more then how many days we have of summer, if I apply for one everyday of summer and maybe a few extra other here and there I can get all 90 squeezed in with all my summer fun that I have)
11. Make more eye contact (it has become my new pet peeve when people don't make eye contact with me in a conversion-in fact I realized that I don't always do that too and the Movie New Years Eve got me thinking about setting this as one of my goals)
12. Spend no more than 3 hours on the computer or TV (that doesn't include doing Personal Progress or school stuff, original I decided that it would be 2 but today that didn't quite work, because I started doing my blog and I spend a lot of time on my blog, but these go into effect tomorrow, because I just made them today!)
13. Write in Journal at least twice a week (I hate writing in my Journal period because I don't do it that much and so I have to sit and write forever to get caught up on all the events that have happened since the last time I wrote. Plus I didn't write somethings that I should have and I forgot about the funny and small moments.)
14. Smile more (smiles are always contageous and one of my favorite nick names that I had when I was younger was "smiley" (it was given to me by my Favorite neighbors that moved a long time ago but we still see them) so I want to live that nick name up and not put it to shame.)
15. Don't Procrastinate as much ( I swear I'm one of the worst procrastinators ever... I get things done it just takes me awhile and with school stuff I always end up doing it that last minute of the night, weekend, or break so I need to do a lot better in this area)
16. Start Something New (like a new project or something to keep me busy with all the time I have (very sarcastic) if I would stop procrastinating so much I would have time to do something new :))
17. Read my Scriptures everyday for 3 or more minutes (I've got the everyday thing down lets just add the 3 minute on to it...I CAN SO DO THIS (I hope))
And that concludes all my goals that I have for 2012 (oh I hope I can keep them ehhh a little frightened, I think I just revised them from earlier today to the point where I think I can actually accomplish them whoo!!! Lets hope!!! Pray for me, wish me luck, and cross your fingers for me!!!)
